TASTING NOTES
Nose: Church candles, oak, vanilla, pear.
Taste: Oily and waxy, butterscotch, pears, golden raisins. Clove and nutmeg spice.
Finish: Long, creamy, mouthcoating with lots of spice.

15 year-old Single Grain whiskey initially matured for 9 years and 2 months in a first-fill Bourbon cask, then matured for 2 years and 11 months in an Amontillado cask, and for another 2 years and 11 months in a Pedro Ximénez cask.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Sweet Sherry, almonds, dark fruits, rolling tobacco, leather.
Taste: Juicy ripe raisins, demerara sugar, prunes, intense syrupy mouthfeel with some zingy spicy notes.
Finish: Long, medium sweet, rich dark fruits, Christmas spices.

MATURATION
22 year-old Single Malt matured in a Bourbon cask for 16 years 3 months then matured in a 125-litre Oloroso cask for 6 years and 4 months.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Malty, fruit brack and cacao nibs.
Taste: Cacao nibs, lovely ripe roast malt fruity notes, fruit and nut chocolate, and toffee.
Finish: Medium, sweet, fruit and nut chocolate.
